Luego, a las 11 a.m., se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el congreso t\u00e9cnico con los m\u00e1s de 1.700 m\u00fasicos que estar\u00e1n presentes en el certamen.<br><br>M\u00e1s tarde, a las 9:30 p.m., la Concha Ac\u00fastica y el Parque Jaime Rook recibir\u00e1n la verbena popular, a cargo de las bandas de la categor\u00eda Fiestera.
